2. Client Portal
A client portal ensures you have access to an organized environment where you can track the complete development process. We integrate this portal into the Notion product. You can follow the complete process from brainstorming and design to delivery and service. Meeting notes, important documents, and process progress are all available in one central location.

3. Acceptance Criteria
What might mean "delivered" to us should feel the same to you. That's why we establish clear acceptance criteria in advance. These are test scenarios and requirements that the product must meet. A kind of checklist for technical success. Clear acceptance criteria prevent discussions afterwards and ensure that all parties have the same expectations.

4. Delivery Document
When the product is ready, we deliver complete documentation in an extensive delivery document. This is your personal manual, where you'll find everything about technical choices, how integrations work, and future maintenance. Additionally, you receive the complete source code
